So sad.....

Today we lost our beloved little dog Tilly.
She had been ill for sometime, but was really brave and never let it get her down.
DH and I were really worried about what to do when the "time came". Neither of us wanted to take her to the vet, she hated going there so much and we really didnt want the vet's room to be her last view.

Well it was taken out of our hands at 4am on Sunday 31st August when she passed away with us stroking and talking to her.

Tilly, you brought us so much joy, you were our first pet when we got married and had our children. You gave us 10 years and we will never forget you. x x x x x

What a sweet little face. I'm sure she was at peace, being held in your arms as she passed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is such a heartache to lose a fuzzy little baby who is such a part of us, isn't it?

Oh, she was gorgeous. I know exactly what you feel over this. Our dog Tammy was 10 when she died, and had been with us pre children and pre marriage. I miss her still, so much. They become such a major part of our lives. Big hugs, Caroline x

Hi, so sorry, I just realised you had lost little Tilly. I know how that hurts as I lost my Tiny and she was just like your Tilly. It was a while ago but it can still bring a tear. I have blogged about her of course and wrote a poem too. I got another little one Yorkie of course and swore I would not fall in love ...but did! Ah well ...one cant' have too many yorkies...Best wishes...pam
